Terms of Service

By creating a toba account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use toba.

toba is a content engine that researches topics, drafts blog posts, generates images, and publishes them to your connected WordPress site, either as drafts or live posts based on your settings.

• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be 18+ and able to enter into a binding contract.
• One person or organization per account unless agreed otherwise.

You retain ownership of your topics, prompts, and published posts. You grant toba a limited license to process them to operate the service (generate, store, publish, and improve quality).

You confirm you have the right to publish to the WordPress sites you connect.

• No illegal content, hate speech, harassment, CSAM, or malware.
• No deceptive content presented as factual reporting without review.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the API.

Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI-generated content can contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing posts — especially in auto-publish mode — before they go live or stay live.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. Third-party providers (WordPress, AI providers, Stripe) may affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
